- To secure your booking please follow the link provided in a text message and securely enter your payment details via
STRIPE. Stripe is a trusted payment processor, ensuring your information is handled safely. At this point you won’t be charged. Please note we do not hold any information about your payment details.
- Clients will be automatically charged 50% fee for cancellations under 48h notice
- Clients will be automatically charged 100%fee for no show appointments.
- A non-refundable and nontransferable 50% deposit is required on all bookings
- 48 hours notice of cancellation or reschedule is required otherwise 50% deposit will be lost
- Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment, late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time.
- A patch test/consultation (30 mins – £35) is required for laser treatments at least 7 days prior to treatment. The price will be deducted from the first treatment within 6 months. The consultation price is non-refundable. • Prior to your appointment, we will inform you of any preparation required in advance of your treatment. Failure to comply may result in cancellation of your appointment, reduced treatment time, or additional fees being charged
- Please advise us if you are pregnant prior to making an appointment as some treatments may not be suitable.
- For any person under the age of 18, a parent or adult guardian presence is mandatory, however we request no children in the treatment rooms due to health and safety regulations.
- List prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Gift vouchers are nonrefundable and valid for 6 months and will not be accepted after the expiry date.
- Please note it is illegal to smoke anywhere in the salon
- Payment- we accept cash and all major credit cards; however, we do not accept American Express or cheque. All payments for treatments, products and courses must be made in full on the day of purchase. .
